Dear Valued Members,

As we step into July, I want to wish you a joyful and safe Independence Day! May your
4th of July be filled with celebrations, family gatherings, and memorable moments.

Now that we are headed into the second half of 2024, it’s the perfect time to reflect on
our achievements and gear up for new opportunities. Here are some membership
benefits to help you elevate your real estate business in the coming months:

Education

  • TCRA has several education opportunities scheduled throughout the summer.
    Check our website more details.
  • NAR is still offering the ABR® course as a part of your membership. This is a
    $295 value that help you in assisting buyers in today’s market. Don’t miss out on
    this opportunity to increase your professionalism as a REALTOR®.
  • Code of Ethics classes are being offered through WR and TCRA throughout the
    rest of 2024. This is a code of ethics cycle year, please remember that all
    members must complete a code of ethics class by December 31, 2024.
  • Achieve more with Certifications offered through NAR. NAR offers many
    certifications to increase your knowledge and professionalism in your real estate
    business. REALTORS® with designations such as CRS and GRI on average
    made three times those REALTORS® that do no hold designations.

Strengthen Your Network

  • TCRA is hosting several networking events in the next few months. These
    include Conversations with Candidates, YPN’s first Cornhole Tournament,
    School Supply Drive, TCRA’s Annual Golf Tournament, Third Quarter GMM and
    more! Be sure to check out our calendar of events on the TCRA website.

Optimize Your Online Presence

  • Have you used Photofy? Photofy is an app that makes posting to social media a
    breeze and is included with your membership. Sign up through NAR or WR for
    use at no cost that includes predesigned posts to show your sphere that you are
    a REALTOR®.

In closing, I want to remind members that nominations for open positions on your Board
of Directors are now open. If you are interested in serving the association in this
